An ‘Ordinary’ member shall be a company, partnership, or sole trader as defined under The Act, which conducts business in Australia as an international Forwarder and/or provider of ancillary services and may offer their services in the capacity of principal or agent.

The following are NOT eligible for ‘Ordinary’ membership:

• Subsidiary to, or beneficially owned in whole or part, by an importer; consignee or exporter of goods.

Shall be a company or other organisation which is not an international Forwarder and/or provider of ancillary services, but provides services to, or otherwise derives an income from, the international forwarding and/or ancillary services industry.
