A MODERN AWARD FOR THE FREIGHT FORWARDING INDUSTRY

Following the creation by the Labour Government of Fair Work Australia in 2009, the Industry Award program was reviewed and rationalised and many old Awards were consolidated into what are now known as 'Modern Awards'. Our old Industry Award became part of the new: Clerks - Private Sector Award 2010.

Note: For Management positions, terms may be negotiated but there is a list of ten minimum unbreakable conditions applicable to all employees called the National Employment Standards (NES). These can be found at:
