An ‘Ordinary’ member shall be a company, partnership, or sole trader
as defined under The Act, which conducts business in Australia as an
international Forwarder and/or provider of ancillary services and may
offer their services in the capacity of principal or agent.
The following are NOT eligible for ‘Ordinary’ membership:
- Subsidiary to, or beneficially owned in whole or part, by an
importer; consignee or exporter of goods.
