There are two prominent organisations offering traineeship programs for our industry, namely: Myfreightcareer and Future Force. Both programs aim to increase the number of properly trained and qualified professional staff within the Freight Forwarding Industry. The benefit for young people is that the program offers a genuine career path for those leaving school, or tertiary education and who will be encouraged to enter the Freight Forwarding Industry.
