Social Program

The following events are included in the registration fee for delegates and registered accompanying persons. If you require additional tickets please complete the social program section of your registration form.

THURSDAY 24 MAY 7.30pm - 10.30pm
WELCOME RECEPTION

 The evening is a casual event held at the Titanium Bar, a short walk from the conference venue where you will have the chance to mingle with fellow delegates and enjoy the sights, sounds and tastes on offer.
FRIDAY 25 MAY 5.00pm - 6.00pm
HAPPY HOUR

Venue: Poolside, Outrigger Surfers Paradise
Dress: Neat Casual
 Relax after the day’s sessions with some drinks poolside at the Outrigger, sponsored by Globelink International. This evening is free for you to explore the many restaurants of the Gold Coast.
SATURDAY 26 MAY 7.00pm – 11.30pm
CONFERENCE DINER

Venue: Level 4, Outrigger Surfers Paradise
Dress: Smart Casual
Additional tickets: $120
 The sessions have drawn to a close but the Conference is not over until tonight, when we all have the opportunity to enjoy a fine meal, good company and then dance the night away. Dinner will be held by the main pool, on the beach front area.
CONFERENCE NIGHTCLUB
11.30pm – 3.00am

Once the conference dinner comes to an end, those who want to dance the night away can head to the conference nightclub sponsored by Insync Personnel!

AFIF GOLF CHALLENGE

THURSDAY 24 MAY - THE PALMS GOLF COURSE AT SANCTUARY COVE

The Palms Golf Course has recently undergone a major redevelopment and was redesigned by renowned golf course architect Ross Watson. After its reopening in April 2011, The Palms is considered a championship course rivalling some of the best golf courses in Australia. The course for the AFIF Golf Challenge is 5547 metres and has numerous water features and hazards.

Cost: $120 per registered delegate
$140 for non-registered persons

Golf Club Hire (per set)
Cost: Standard (Onyx clubs) - $35
Premium (Titleist clubs) - $55
