Trainee 1

Trainee 1 is well presented with a professional and mature attitude.  She successfully completed her HSC in 2008 obtaining Band 5's in all subjects and has partially completed a Bachelor of Business at UNI.   She is very eager to start her career in our industry and scored 100% in our literacy and numeracy questions. She describes herself as friendly, enthusiastic, organised and driven and lists her strengths as her ability to work independently, think outside the square and possessing strong communication skills.

 Trainee 2

Trainee 2 presents well and communicates effectively.  He completed his HSC in 2008 at Nepean High School and has been employed on a casual basis within the warehouse environment.  He scored high results in our literacy and numeracy questions and describes himself as eager, positive, patient and professional.  He lists his strengths as problem solving and applying himself 110% with a mature approach.

 Trainee 3

Trainee 3 successfully completed her HSC in 2009 at All Saints Catholic Senior College studying Business Studies, English, Math’s and IT. She scored high results in our literacy and numeracy questions and has gained valuable sales and customer service experience whilst employed within retail. She describes herself as motivated, generous and hard working and listing her strengths as problem solving, attention to detail and completing tasks. She is well spoken & confident, displaying a professional approach to her career.

Trainee 4

Trainee 4 attended our interview on time and was well presented.  He completed his HSC in 2011 at Blaxland High School studying Biology, English, IT and Math's. He describes himself as diligent, independent, reliable and punctual and lists his strengths as being organised, a quick learner and able to adapt to any situation.   He has a valid drivers license, own vehicle, a valid Forklift license and has gained warehouse experience having worked as a casual store person.

 Trainee 5

Trainee 5 is very well presented and a little shy when first meeting people.  She successfully completed the HSC in 2007 at Bethany College studying subjects which included English, Math's, Drama, Modern History and Religion.  She describes herself as friendly, polite, dedicated and focused and lists her strengths as her organisational & communication skills and that she works well under pressure.  Trainee 5 is currently employed within retail as 2IC and has acquired good customer service and operations skills
