FIATA and TIACA are jointly conducting a survey on e-commerce and automation of the air cargo supply chain. They intend to utilize the survey results to identify ways to move towards an automated future that improves service and lowers cost.

To succeed they need the input from members. The survey takes 10-15 minutes to complete. The deadline for responding is October 30, 2010.

The results of the survey will be announced and discussed during a special session chaired by FIATA during ACF 2010 in Amsterdam November 2 - 4, 2010.
