We would like to update you regarding our industry advice issued on Monday 30th November.
Following detailed investigations, it has been concluded that there were only a limited number of isolated cases where data was not received at Toll Dnata through no fault in their system. There was no broad-based issue with the receipt of FWB messages in the Toll Dnata system.
In general terms, we recommend that if you should have any issues regarding message transfer to Toll Dnata that you contact their local manager at the respective CTO office. We also suggest that you also contact your network provider (e.g. CCN) to clarify any technical queries in regard to electronic messaging to identify where an error might have occurred.
