Good afternoon

Australia and Vietnam have recently settled changes to capacity arrangements through correspondence which allow designated airlines of each country to operate a total of ten frequencies weekly in total with any aircraft type to and from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth on agreed routes. This is an increase of three frequencies per week on the previous capacity arrangements.

Under existing regional access arrangements, carriers of each country are able to operate unrestricted capacity, frequency and aircraft type to and from all points in Australia other than Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
